The name Regina Montium is derived from the Latin name for Mount Rigi. We dedicate our restaurant and our daily work to her, the “Queen of the Mountains.” For the Rigi is the starting point of our lived terroir philosophy. The soil composition, the climate, and the people who live and work here shape the products that the land yields. Our produce is as unique as the land itself.
