Executive Chef Stefan Beer and his team seamlessly continue the success story of the former fine dining restaurant “La Terrasse Brasserie,” bringing to the plate ingredients sourced within a 50 km radius. The “Menu vo hie” (Local Menu) features ingredients such as wood sorrel (Uetendorf), shrimp (Burgdorf), mirabelle plums (hotel garden), homemade vinegars, and buckwheat – all from hand-picked producers. To complement the “Menu vo hie,” the sommelier team led by Torsten Noack offers a harmonious selection of wines from the Canton of Bern.
