Le Normandie has consistently been recognised for its excellence. It was one of only six restaurants in Thailand to be awarded 2 stars in the Michelin Guide Thailand 2021 and retained its 2-star status since the inaugural Michelin Guide Bangkok 2018 – for four consecutive years. It is also the only French restaurant in Thailand listed in the esteemed Les Grandes Tables du Monde guide.
Le Normandie is now embarking on an exciting new chapter with two Michelin-starred Chef Alex Dilling. From 18 September 2024 to 31 January 2025, guests will have the unique opportunity to experience Chef Dilling’s modern interpretation of French cuisine, showcasing his celebrated culinary artistry.
