Description of Services
Lets Find operates an online platform featuring curated recommendations for restaurants, bars, hotels, shopping, wellness, attractions, experiences and other places of interest.
The recommendations published on Lets Find are selected independently and are intended solely to help users discover places that may be of interest during their stay.
Nature of the Service
Lets Find acts solely as an independent publisher of curated recommendations.
Lets Find does not own, operate, manage, control or supervise any of the businesses, services, products, venues or activities listed on the platform.
Lets Find is not a travel agency, booking platform, broker, agent or contractual intermediary.
Hotel Partnerships
The platform is generally available free of charge to all users.
Hotels may optionally subscribe to a premium partnership package that includes additional features such as hotel-specific information, guest services and customised content.
The current fee for such hotel partnerships is USD 99 per month unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Lets Find reserves the right to modify partnership packages and pricing at any time.

All information, listings and recommendations are provided for informational purposes only.
Nothing published on Lets Find constitutes medical, legal, financial, investment, tax, wellness, health or other professional advice.
Users are responsible for independently evaluating any recommendation before making decisions.
User Responsibility
All decisions regarding visits, purchases, bookings, reservations or use of any third-party service remain solely the responsibility of the user.
Users act entirely at their own discretion and risk.
No Guarantee
Lets Find makes no guarantees regarding availability, quality, accuracy, pricing, suitability, safety, customer experience or user satisfaction.
Recommendations represent opinions and editorial selections only.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Lets Find shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages arising from the use of the platform, reliance on any recommendation, inaccurate or outdated information, interactions with third-party businesses, or products and services provided by third parties.
Any engagement with a listed business or service provider is undertaken entirely at the user’s own risk.
Third-Party Services
All products and services featured on the platform are provided exclusively by independent third parties.
Any contract, reservation, purchase, booking or transaction is concluded directly between the user and the respective provider.
Lets Find is not a contractual party to any such agreement.
Data Usage
Lets Find processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy.
Personal information submitted through contact forms or email communications is used solely for the intended purpose and will not be sold to third parties.
Refund Policy
Any fees paid by hotel partners or business partners are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Severability Clause
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed exclusively by Swiss law.
The exclusive place of jurisdiction shall be Bern, Switzerland.
