We are proud, grateful, and happy: Our fine-dining restaurant “le soir” (open Tuesday to Saturday evenings) has been awarded 15 points by the GaultMillau Switzerland gourmet guide , and on top of that, the MICHELIN Guide has bestowed upon us a star ! This further recognizes our unique concept – the combination of top-class cuisine and social and educational commitment.
At lunchtime, you can enjoy three different daily menus with us, prepared with care by our dedicated team and without any star ratings. In the evening, head chef Luca Haase will delight you with his creative, award-winning gourmet cuisine in the restaurant “le soir”.
