Since May 1, 2023 the talented Chef Danny Khezzar, who distinguished himself as a finalist in season 14 of Top Chef, has taken the reins of the kitchens of the Bayview. Under the expert eye of multi-award-winning Chef Michel Roth, Chef Danny Khezzar offers a seasonal menu highlighting the rich palette of local flavours.
Well established on the shores of Lake Geneva since 2012 and always on the lookout for local discoveries, the Chefs has selected first-rate local products from producers and breeders in the region. “The Geneva region abounds in numerous varieties of vegetables, cereals and fruit, not to mention the various fish from the lake or Swiss meats”, which is featured on the new menu. They works in particular with many products bearing the “Genève Région – Terre Avenir” (GRTA) label, a guarantee of quality, proximity, traceability and fairness.
