Constantly pursuing excellence and emotion, Anne-Sophie Pic offers a new way to present her cuisine: she invites her guests to an unprecedented tasting journey through the various areas of the restaurant, revealing the creation of her inventive beverages. The restaurant opens up to the light and the sublime view of the Beau-Rivage Palace.
